Without limiting the above, we reserve the right to fully cooperate with law enforcement or any court order requesting the identity or other information of any person posting content through the Website. Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Waiver and Severability

A failure or delay by RateMeter to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision, and any waiver of a particular provision is not a waiver of any future enforcement of that or any other provision.

If a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Use to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RECALL LLC dba RateMeter regarding the Website, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, concerning the Website.
